Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of organizational attitudes and organizational ethics on the adoption of sustainable technology in MSMEs in Batam City. This study uses a sampling method in the form of Non-Probability Sampling. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, the sample was taken as many as 150 respondents.The analytical method used in this research is quantitative analysis method and data collection technique by distributing online questionnaires to entrepreneurs and MSME consumers, especially in the culinary field in the city of Batam. This research uses Statistical Product and Service Solutions (SPSS) software version 22.The results show that organizational attitude has a significant effect on the adoption of sustainable technology and organizational ethics has a significant effect on the adoption of sustainable technology.

Abstract

Beban kerja yang berlebihan dapat menurunkan kinerja karyawan serta membuat terjadinya turnover karyawan yang meningkat. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan turnover intention terhadap kinerja karyawan PT Delta Sari Agung Motor Sidoarjo. Desain penelitian menggunakan penelitian kuantitatif dan untuk mendapatkan sumber data melalui kuesioner. Dengan menggunakan teknik purposive sampling, sehingga diperolah 50 karyawan yang dijadikan sebagai responden. Penelitian ini menggunakan uji analisis regresi linier berganda kemudian diolah menggunakan software spss versi 22. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel beban kerja, lingkungan kerja dan turnover intention berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan dengan tingkat signifikan 0,000 < 0,05 dan nilai fhitung>ftabel yakni 21,090.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji  pengaruh Perputaran Kas, Perputaran Piutang, Perputaran persediaan dan pertumbuhan penjualan Terhadap profitabiltas pada Sektor Industri Barang Konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2016- 2021. Dengan perbedaan hasil penelitian dari penelitian sebelumnya. Populasi yang digunakan adalah 64 perusahaan di industri barang konsumsi yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia (BEI). Penentuan sampel dilakukan dengan pendekatan metode purposive sampling, berdasarkan kriteria penentuan sampel yang telah, terdapat 31 perusahaan selama periode 2016-2021. Penelitian ini juga menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dan Teknik Analisis Regresi Linear Berganda. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa perputaran kas berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, perputaran piutang berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas, perputaran persediaan berpengaruh signifikan, pertumbuhan penjualan berpengaruh signifikan terhadap profitabilitas. Abstract

The purpose of this study is to determine the extent to which the influence of the environment, motivation, and work discipline of employees in the Hamparan Perak sub-district office, Deliserdang, where the process is carried out using quantitative descriptive-analytical methods in which supporting literature uses journals that are by the theme of the discussion. For data analysis, using the multiple linear regression approach by testing data validation and mapping with the normality test, the results of this study are that the environment, motivation, and work discipline do not significantly influence employee performance by 34.3%, while the remaining is 65. 7% is an independent variable that is excluded from this research study

Abstract

GOTO shares have always fallen since the initial IPO was carried out with various factors. As an investor, you need to do an analysis before making an investment decision. There are many analysis tools that can be used such as fundamental analysis and technical analysis. For GOTO stock, the fundamental analysis is quite good, while the technical analysis is not good because the stock price continues to fall. As of January 2023, GOTO's share price is slowly increasing even though it is still low. Book prices have also not been touched so there is a possibility that they could go up, but this is still in the form of assumptions and predictions. The results of this study are expected to be a reference before making investment decisions. However, the investment decision is entirely owned by the investor.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of Capital Adequacy Ratio on Return on Assets in commercial banks in Indonesia. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive. The sampling technique used purposive sampling. The sample used is 15 commercial banks in Indonesia. The research data is secondary data sourced from the Annual Report of commercial banks in Indonesia. Analysis of the data used in this study using descriptive statistical analysis and regression analysis, as well as the classical assumption test. The test results show that the Capital Adequacy Ratio has a positive and significant effect on Return on Assets at commercial banks in Indonesia.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui : (1) Pengaruh Pemahaman akuntansi Terhadap Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntnasi pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin. (2) Pengaruh Kualitas Sistem Informasi Akuntansi Terhadap Kualitas Informasi Akuntansi pada Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah Kabupaten Banyuasin. Populasi pada penelitian ini adalah pegawai Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah di Kabupaten Banyuasin. Sampel dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 50 responden. Metode pengumpulan data dalam penelitian ini menggunakan kuesioner. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan untuk menguji hipotesis adalah analisis regresi sederhana, uji asumsi klasik dan analisis koefisien korelasi (R). Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa untuk variabel pengetahuan akuntansi terhadap kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Sedangkan untuk variabel kualitas sistem informasi akuntansi terhadap kualitas informasi berpengaruh positif dan signifikan. Kata Kunci : Pengetahuan akuntansi , Sistem Informasi Akuntansi, Informasi Akuntansi

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to analyze e-marketing, promotion, and innovation on brand awareness and purchase decisions at Alfamart Denpasar City. Analysis was used with Structural Equation Modeling data techniques with the AMOS program. The conclusion of the analysis results shows that the variables of e-marketing, promotion, innovation and brand awareness have a positive and significant influence on purchasing decisions at Alfamart. Thus, buying interest can influence to increase brand awareness and consumer buying decisions as well as increase the influence of e-marketing on purchasing decisions to further strengthen influence on consumers..

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to determine the effect of the quality of the accounting information system which is influenced by the level of job satisfaction, organizational culture and work discipline. This study uses primary data distributed via google form to respondents. This research data uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) method. The population was carried out on MSMEs in Jakarta as many as 250 MSMEs engaged in the sale of clothing. The results of the study show that empirically the variable level of job satisfaction, organizational culture of work discipline has an effect on the quality of accounting information systems. The success of the quality of the accounting information system is the cause of the emergence of a comfortable environment that makes it easier for them to do their work, opportunities and cooperation, in the era of the Covid-19 pandemic which is still so acute.Keywords: Job Satisfaction Level, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Quality Accounting Information System
